RFP - Construction Management, Inspection and Materials Testing Services

The City of Sonoma (City), California, is issuing a Request for Proposals (RFP) from qualified firms or individuals (Proposer) with demonstrated experience in construction management, inspection and materials testing services for the Fryer Creek Pedestrian and Bicycle Bridge Project No. 1802, Federal Project No. CML-5114(020). The improvements generally consist of street and Class I pathway improvements, including installation of pre-engineered and pre-fabricated clear span steel truss pedestrian bridge, concrete bridge abutments and work at each approach to the new bridge, including new signage, striping and pavement markings, removal and replacement of existing curb and gutter, construction of new HMA pavement section, HMA overlay and grinding, concrete sidewalk, driveway and pathway, new ADA curb ramps and upgrading existing curb ramps for ADA compliance, tree removal, new street light, traffic control and other related work. To be considered, interested parties must submit their Proposals in accordance with the requirements set forth in the RFP.
